An official standard of Unicode defines 100 domino tile characters for a double-six set, in the range U+1F030 through U+1F093. They were introduced in Unicode version 5.1, April 2008. The standard is also discussed at Wikipedia.
This page presents the tiles in a format that the reader may find more convenient than the standard's documentation. The table below shows all the characters with their HTML codes in hexadecimal; these are shown because this page is written in HTML. The relationship between the the HTML code and the Unicode code point is simple: for example, HTML 🁾 equals Unicode U+1F07E.
After the table is a discussion of the source of these domino characters.
The set includes two blank rectangles to represent dominoes whose faces are unknown:

There are also 98 images of domino faces, which can be rendered as black dots on a white background, or white dots on a black background, at the font designer's preference:

Michael Everson in 2004 submitted a well-developed proposal that would include characters for dominoes up to double-eighteen, along with playing cards and checkers; but much of it was never approved by the Unicode Consortium.
There remains an informal discussion of the proposal, from about the time it was submitted, at Unicode mail-arch and the pages it links to.
